The location is characterised by a stream of water that runs near the mill and the particularly rich and lush vegetation. It is possible to organize outings on horseback in the nearby property. Beautiful view of the countryside and the very well kept garden. Peaceful position. Exclusive garden (200 m2) with pergola equipped for outdoor dining. Shared with two other apartments and the owner: equipped swimming pool (6x12 open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Parking.

LOCATION: 2 km from Istia d'Ombrone (food shops, tennis court, canoeing) 9 km Grosseto (all kinds of shops), 22 km the Etruscan necropolis of Roselle, 19 km the beaches of the Park of the Uccellina, 22 km the beaches of Marina di Grosseto. In addition, you can easily reach the famous bathing areas of Argentario (45 km).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
