Large farmhouse (350 m2) dating back to the early 1900s and set inside a large property of 800 ha with woods with typical Mediterranean shrubbery and organic farming. Panoramic view of the countryside. Very peaceful position, ideal for going for walks inside the property with also includes the fauna oasis of Monte Leoni, an archaeological site with the remains of spa facilities from the Roman times, as wells as two small lakes for sport fishing (upon payment). Outdoor area and equipped portico. Barbecue. Access to the property along 900 m of dirt track road in good condition. Parking. DISTANCES: 5 km from the medieval hamlet of Paganico (all kinds of shops, tennis), 20 km the Thermal spas of Petriolo, 40 km the sea and Mount Amiata, 45 km Montalcino, 50 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance to the large living/dining room (satellite TV), restaurant-type kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the outside, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower from where you access 1 single bedroom, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower suitable for disabled persons. All of the bedrooms have direct access to the outside.
1st fl.: access from an internal spiral and an external staircase to the living room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower from each of which you access a single bedroom. 4 bikes are available. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
