Our property is located in the southern Tuscan coast, on the Cape of Argentario, at Porto Santo Stefano and its picturesque bay. The apartment is 110 mtr.sq. wide plus 2 terraces, 50 mtr.sq. each. It offers independent entry, two double bedrooms and a sofa convertible for 2 people (6 people max).It is situated in a very quiet and panoramic special position, within the green of the Mediterranean Macchia. The sea is one km. away. We suggest to go around on the different beaches and small bays of the Argentario Cape. The blue flag of the Fee-Foundationit is testimonial of the quality of sea.

    Situated in a picturesque bay, sheltered from the winds and sited midway along the Tyrrhenian coast, Porto Santo Stefano was used by ships ploughing the Mediterranean even in ancient times. The cornice road that winds its way up hill and down dale for 26 km of coastline offers the tourist a wealth of enchanting views. You can understand what a wonderful view looking at photos.

From Florence by car take Highway to Siena, follow to Grosseto, and then the Aurelia (SS1) direction Rome, Exit Porto Santo Stefano.

Finally, we will find the regional cooking, with recipes that put together natural tastes and seafood. The Sea Biology Centre (2), with its Mediterranean aquarium where you can admire the beautiful Argentario's depths. Palio Marinario famous boats race on the 15th August.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
