2 Double Beds. Lots of closet space, can be with one or two doubles. Mexican rustic decor, open beams and tile roof. Ceiling fan. Direct access to second bathroom. Located in separate wing from other bedrooms. Lots of closet and bureau space.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
The views from the patio, living room, kitchen are to the southeast overlooking high sierra pine forests 25 kms away. Immediate view is of planted fields and small rodeo ring. 360 degree view from top of small mountain on the property that can see the Volcano of Colima on a clear day.
No need for air conditioning in this perfect climate. Cool at night, 80 degree F. by midday. Large brick patio has barbecue, outside patio furniture. Laundry can be done in village at low cost. Full time maid/cook available at extra $15/day. Guided, independent tours to local attractions or other parts of Jalisco. Horses available by day, week, or guided tour. Riding, hiking, 4X vehicle trails. Working ranch, possible workers in the area during the day, but the house area is enclosed and separate. Hunting can be arranged in advance. Lake 2 kms away with fishing, boating. Sunset tours to top of mountain via foot trail, horse, or four wheel drive. Whether it is complete rest in the hammock or active adventure, welcome to Jalisco!
• Two hours to Guadalajara airport. 3 Hours to Manzanillo airport. 5 hours to Puerto Vallarta airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Six golf courses to choose from in the Guadalajara area - two hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local village serves basic Mexican food 2 kms. Larger colonial village, Tenamaxtlan, 20 minute drive has a variety of restaurants, shops, local market day.
• View of Lake of Miraplanes with fishing boating facilities at 2kms. Three hour drive to nearest Pacific Beach area. One hour drive from hot springs resort. Nearest swimming area is 15 minutes at natural river/dam.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Contact owner for paypal account. We accept US personal check for full payment and deposit, but it must be paid in full 30 days in advance.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
