This nice apartment is situated just 2 blocks from the center of Tlaquepaque. It has a nice big garden in front. There are many hummingbirds flying around and if you come in the right season you can pick your own mango's from the tree. The apartment is away from the street and is very quiet day and night. The area is very safe.

    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
