• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is only 2 blocks away from the center of Tlaquepaque where you can find all you need. Nice restaurants, coffee shops, an indoor market and several grocery shops that are open 24/7.

• Nearby Attractions: Tequila is at about 1.5 hr bus drive from Tlaquepaque. There are many tours that can take you there. Ajijic and Chapala (biggest lake in Mexico) are at around a 45 minute drive. The closest beach is at 3.5 hour drive.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
