It's perfect for vacation and - or business trip. It's overlooking the Pearl River from the balcony, living room and most of the bedrooms. The night view is magnificent. Please note that the apartment complex does have a fitness room, pool and sauna however there is a per person - use fee that is payable on site, (approximately 40 yen per use).

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 percent of the rent is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 10000 USD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM
