1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master suite features a king bed and juliet balcony overlooking the pool, palapa and ocean. There is a large walk in closet leading to an oversized ensuite bathroom with glass block shower and glass sink
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom is large and has two twin beds which can be made into a king bed at your request.
1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). The living room area has a queen murphy bed to easily accommodate 2 more people.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

• Transit: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). The small town of La Penita is just a short 5 minute walk away. You will enjoy the numerous and varied restaurants which feature everything from Mexican fare to Italian.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beautiful sandy beach front. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Try a day trip. We can suggest several that you may like.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
