Our views are, well, spectacular: Ocean, Island, Beach, River, Estuary(good bird watching), Mountains; sunrises over the mountains and palm framed sunsets over the ocean.
• Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Rental cars available in Puerto Vallarta. Taxi service available to central bus station or to Guayabitos. Bus service from Puerto Vallarta is available on Pacifico Bus service.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). Great restaurants nearby, in town or on the beach, with local and international flare.
Thursday is Market Day; the largest Tiangus (Mexican farmer/craft) market in all of Nayarit is at the town square in LaPenita, a 15 minute walk.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Guayabitos is on Jaltemba Bay which has 6 miles of wonderful beach, most of it swimmable.
• Nearby Attractions: Tennis 5 minute walk. Rent panga boat and captain for the day to whale watch (in season) fish and explore. Snorkel at the island offshore. Kayak rentals available at local hotels. Beach horseback rides available nearby.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Holiday time rent must be paid in advance to complete booking.
If you cancel (for any reason) the following applies:
If the unit is re-rented, one night's rent is retained, the balance is refunded.
If the unit is not re-rented, only the damage/security deposit is refunded.
Holiday time cancellations and refunds are handled on a case by case basis if the unit is not re-rented.
Damage/security deposit is always refunded irregardless of re-rent.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of equal to $25 per day x number of nights rented may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
