    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and the rent is paid on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of $150 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
