Secluded beach house on one acre in Fort Morgan area. The house has great view of Gulf Beach and Great view of Mobile Bay. Large decks on either side with great views from both sides. 2 Bedroom 1 bath sleeps 10 Quiet area with only short walk (250 yards) you are in the waters of the beautiful gulf. Also remember we have even better off season rates call now. We have another 3 bedroom 1.5 bath. Small dogs allowed $65 pet fee Complete with 58 channel satellite TV( TV also in master bedroom). Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
