Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. Either a refundable security/damage deposit of 200 or a 35 processing fee is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
