Stays of less than 5 nights will have a cleaning charge of $90.00 added
Pool Heating is optional, this is $30.00 per night with a minimum 3 nights.
Cots Cribs, High Chairs, BBQs are available at a small cost. Please inquire with owner about these.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
Please note that there is a 3% fee of the total amount charged when paying by credit card. There is also a 4% fee when paying through PayPal.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $40.00 delivery fee.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day and/or 160 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
