Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). King size 4 poster bed in large bedroom with bay window to front and very large bathroom to rear, (with walk in press and seperate toilet). The rear door leads onto pool deck.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Quaint double bedroom to the front of the house with large built-in wardrobe. It is beside bathroom 2.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Large twin room to side of house with plenty of built-in wardrobe space. Beside Bathroom 3.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Spacious twin room to the rear of the house, with built-in wardrobes. This room is decorated for the childern, (they love it), This room has its own 'boom box'. It is beside bathroom 3.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

This unit is set back on its own private lot, with good room all around. To the front you look out onto the garden, and across a large open crescent area with a very large executive house across the street. On both sides you have adjacent properties. The rear of the unit faces South, with the elevated deck and pool overlooking the 13th Fairway of the Golf Course, beyond which are lots of trees. The deck also has a large covered area.

More Information

The unit is fully Air Conditioned. This unit is fully equipped with top of the line furniture and equipment. There is a large screened deck with a heated swimming pool and a spa which flows into the pool. There are ceiling fans in every room. The unit has beautiful high vaulted ceilings. • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. The house is situated on Southern Dunes Golf Course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a fine restaurant in the Golf Club Clubhouse. There is a very large 24 hour Wal Mart shop at the entrance of the community. McDonalds and other restaurants are beside the entrance. Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area and to access the vast number of parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World, Bush Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre,etc). About a 20 minute drive from Disney theme parks.
• Beach is located within a 60 minute(s) drive. There are various lakes in the area, but the oceans are 1 hour approx by car. It is approx 1 hours drive to various beaches, either on the East coast, or the Gulf of Mexico.
• Nearby Attractions: All attractions are within 30 mins driving time, this includes all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, International Drive, etc.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of : discuss with management on site.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $15.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
