Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 25 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 22 per day and/or 150 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
