Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Free USA and CANADA phone calls. rental payment : Euros, $US, $ Canadian are accepted with no charge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit of double will apply. A fee of 125.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 40 per clean.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day and/or 120 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
