    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    All rates are inclusive of all taxes!

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
