    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Southern Dunes is a golf course community. The club house is 5 minutes walk from the villa.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 24 hour Walmart Supermarket just outside the community, which is within walking distance. There is also a bank and a number of food outlets locally.
    • Both the east and west coasts of Florida are a little over an hours drive, depending on the traffic volume.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
