• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Super Walmart & CVS chemist are located just outside the gatehouse to Southern Dunes. Various restaurants and shopping malls just across highway 27.

Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
