This up-market community is located on Highway 27, a mere 15 minutes from the gates of Disney, with other theme parks and attractions all within a short distance. The resort also benefits from numerous facilities including 3 communal pools, a recreation centre, tennis courts and a children's playground. Wal-Mart is only a few minutes stroll away and offers 24 hour shopping at extremely cheap prices.

Our beautiful home has views of Lake Joe from the front whilst the back of our home overlooks the 8th tee of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Resort.

The spacious villa is made up of 2 sumptuous reception rooms, a formal dining area, 4 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms (one being a Jack and Jill style with lockable door dividing bathing area from toilet), kitchen, nook, utility room and extended double garage with electric door. Our larger than average swimming pool and jacuzzi enjoy views of the 8th fairway, so you can soak away your cares whilst watching the more energetic members of your party play a round or two. • Orlando International airport is a 40 minute drive. Sanford airport is approximately 50 minutes drive.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our home backs onto the 8th tee of the Southern Dunes Golf Course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our home is located just a few minutes walk away from a large Wal-Mart supermarket where anything and everything can be purchased. Also nearby are numerous eateries, take aways, and restaurants for our guests convenience. Southern Dunes itself also offers excellent dining at its on site restaurant.
• Lake Joe is visible from the front of our home.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
