The villa has new quality furnishings throughout, unlike some villas. We have a formal dining table, informal eating area and full kitchen. A CD player, DVD, PS2, darts, pool table, air hockey, table Foosball (Football) and poker are available for your enjoyment. There is also a gas BBQ and free high-speed wireless Internet, a full cot, stroller and high chair for young families. Hair dryers/straighteners, new linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.

The unit sits on a large corner lot and is not overlooked by any other pool. Plants provide additional privacy as the sun deck is south facing and a haven for sun worshippers.

More Information
If you have never been to Florida, our villa is in Southern Dunes Golf community, which is one of the top 10 golf courses in the US. The estate has several communal pools, 3 gyms, a children’s play area and tennis courts. A gated and guarded entrance provides security for families to relax and enjoy the clubhouse and many walks around the estate. Beyond the gates are a Wal-Mart super-centre and several excellent ‘Southern’ restaurants. With the gate of Disney’s Magic Kingdom only 13 miles from the door it is an easy drive to all of the area attractions; the community is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Booking Conditions: Booking deposits:£100 per week. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. Refundable damages/security deposit of £200 per stay. Cancellation refunds: Deposit - non refundable. 4-8 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 4 weeks - no refund. Optional Pool heat $10 per day
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $175 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $10 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
