We have a large family room with patio doors over looking the pool and deck areas. Additional living room providing ample space for 2 families sharing without being over crowded. There are two dining areas - one in the nook next to the kitchen and the other suitable for more formal dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which is open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family. Recently added games room consisting of pool table, air hockey and Foosball table. Also, a south facing fully screened swimming pool. It has a large covered lanai, for shaded dining.

Southern Dunes is a popular all year round gated community, set in attractively landscaped grounds of lawns, pines and eucalyptus trees. This location is suitable for golfers, families and large groups. On site amenities include tennis court, basketball court, children's play areas, communal swimming pools, recreation centre with gym, 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, and clubhouse with bar, restaurant, and pro golf shop, boating lake, and a 24 hour security gate. For peace of mind we have an experienced and reliable local management team. The managers live on the community and will assist you with any enquiries during you stay and can be contacted in an emergency 24 hours a day.(the contact numbers will be in the villa for your use). The villa is cleaned and maintained before each let. All bed linen and house towels are provided. Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Can send checks direct to our USA bank, details of this will be give when booking takes place for deposit and final balance payments
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: FREE OF CHARGE.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $95 per week or part of week.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $140 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
