This home is set in one of America's top 100 golf courses with a club house, tennis courts, bar/restaurant, gym for your use on site. A Wal-Mart is less than a 5 minute walk away with other shops and restaurants. The home itself is spacious with separate eating and living area, a fully fitted kitchen, cable TV, all bedding and towels supplied. There is a private screened-in south facing pool with covered lanai area with table, chairs, and loungers. The master bedroom has an en-suite with separate shower and whirlpool bath. The community is gated with a 24 hour security staff on duty.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 3.00 per day.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day and/or 150.00 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
