• Golf: The unit is located on Southern Dunes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There is a Wal-Mart at the entrance to Southern Dunes with other shops and restaurants just outside. The Southern Dunes club house is also very close by.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney is a twenty-five minute drive from the unit and all the other Orlando attractions are an additional ten minutes away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 3.00 per day.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 75.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
