Golf Resort Villa
This is one of the top ten golf courses in the country. Great club house, with a restaurant and bar open to everyone, with spectacular views of the golf course. The home comes fully equipped, with a private screened in pool, and 2 lounge areas. Beautiful tiling throughout the villa, rugs in all bed rooms. You can eat out at walking distance restaurants, shop in Wal-Mart and WinnDixie. Wal-Mart is open 24 hours for food, pharmacy, clothes, etc. Don't forget to visit the Olympic size pool, TWO tennis courts, and basketball courts. There is a small children's play area, with swings and slides.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 7.00 per day.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 75.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
