Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club has a large clubhouse that has a very reasonably priced bar and restaurant and villa residents are very welcome to utilize the Golf Course and Driving Range, plus an extensive practise facility featuring driving range, putting green, practise bunkers and a short game area. Southern Dunes is the only community to have large supermarkets, garages, shops, video stores, restaurants etc all within walking distance. The community features: - A world championship golf course - 3 communal swimming pools - Tennis courts and Children's play area - Recreational centre with pool table - Gym with exercise equipment - A large lake for fishing - It’s own restaurant and bar - A pro golf shop - Gated entrance - 24 hour Super Wal-Mart at entrance.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $30 each. These items are subject to availability.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $80.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for £75 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
