Located just 15-20 minutes from Disney World in Davenport, this luxury villa is close to local amenities, golf courses and theme parks. The private gated community, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake boasts features such as a lake, fishing pier, boat ramp and clubhouse. This house was newly (2007) built in July 2007 to a very high standard and as such, represents an excellent opportunity to be one of the first to stay.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for £80/$160 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
