    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Pleasant walking distance to the town of Haleiwa where restaurants and grocery shopping are readily available.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Ocean front unit is steps away from the beach. Excellent swimming conditions during summer months.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 10% (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a 5 percent handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
