This little oceanfront gem is situated only 18 kilometers from Halifax. Sit outside on the large back deck in your own private 7 seat hot tub while overlooking the breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This property is a 2 bedroom oceanfront home renovated in 2006. The unit is the main floor with the owners (us) living in the finished basement, so if you need anything, we can help.     Stunning oceanfront vistas as far as the eye can see. We are perched on a bit of a hill so the views are quite extraordinary. There a very few houses in the area and most lot sizes are one acre + to ensure a peaceful stay.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
