Stunning oceanfront vistas as far as the eye can see. We are perched on a bit of a hill so the views are quite extraordinary. There a very few houses in the area and most lot sizes are one acre + to ensure a peaceful stay.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
