1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Trundle Bed (sleeps 1). Generous sized room with ample space for luggage and or extra bed or portable cot.
1 Single Cot (sleeps 1) and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom has two single beds. Room for a cot to be added.
2 Single Pull Outs (sleeps 2). where extra persons are require part of the lounge area can be screened off to accommodate 2 more persons. There is still ample space for living and dining.
Bathroom 1 has one basin.
Out look from cottage is farm land giving way to bush and native flora.
Cottage 2 is located within 50 metres of Cottages 1 and 3 making it an ideal stopping place for larger groups and families.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5.00.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500.00 will apply. A fee of 5.00 per day will apply.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
