Fabulous Lake View and Top Quality Furnishings!
Welcome to our villa, "Lake View" which is available for rental. We love Florida and have spent many happy holidays there as villa renters, so we decided to take the plunge and buy our own. We spent months searching for and then decorating and furnishing our dream home. As experienced holidaymakers in Florida, we hope we have thought of everything, from basics like great quality furniture and tiled ground floor (saving on lost deposits for spillages!) to flat screen TVs, free WiFi, a safe and a great games room with full size pool and table tennis tables.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has five double bedrooms, two of which are downstairs and two have walk in wardrobes. There is also a phone with free local calls and free WiFi, so just take your laptop!
The Hampton Lakes estate is brilliant, not only do you have your own screened, larger than average private pool, you also have a communal pool too if you fancy meeting new friends. There are floodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts all within a one minute short walk from the villa.
The villa complies with health and safety regulations. There is a safety fence that can be put up around the pool area and the pool door is alarmed to keep small children safe.
