Contemporary house on 2 very quiet acres
This contemporary house sits on 2 acres with 2 ponds and wrap around deck overlooking 2 ponds and 17 wooded acres. It is across the street from Peconic Bay where there is an easement to a dock. Around the corner is a public boat ramp. The house is 15 minutes from Southampton and West Hampton. It is in an extremely quiet setting. Numerous activities are all within a few miles from the house such as gliding, horse back riding, antiques, wineries, tennis, boat rentals, water skiing.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
