Here’s a gorgeous 1700 s/f, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that sits on 17 acres with 470’ of ocean frontage on it’s own private cove facing south. Great stone fireplace, huge window seat in the living room, sky-lights, hardwood floors downstairs, granite countertops in the kitchen with an open, airy feel to the entire house. The screened porch is nice for sitting outside after dark, or watching the sunsets from. Less than 40 miles to Acadia National Park / Bar Harbor

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 25.00 will apply. A fee of 25 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00/hr 4 hr min.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
