MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age required to rent a cabin is 25 years and the person who books the cabin must stay at the cabin for the entire rental period. Sub-letting or parents renting for their children under the age of 25 is NOT allowed. NO STUDENT GROUPS OR HOUSE PARTIES OF ANY KIND.

40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 0 will apply. A fee of 50 per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
