This property is set in the countryside, South of Hautefort and the beautiful castle with extraordinary gardens, not far from Brive and the airport. Away from the crowds, this is a very peaceful setting with lovely views of the countryside for unwinding with many walks to be done all around. The swimming pool overlooks the huge grounds of the property. All on one level, it is an ideal setting to rest, whilst the children can enjoy the swimming pool just in front of the house with all bedroom and living room doors opening on to it. For a day out, the town of Montignac is less than ½ hour s drive and offers canoeing as well as the discovery of the caves of Lascaux. For shopping, Brive has shops as well as museums to be visited. Markets in towns such as Hautefort are full of local products such as local wines, farm vegetables, and poultry. Try the delicious restaurant in Saint Rabier with the lovely name Le Bonheur est dans le pré (happiness is in the field!). Parking. (9m x 4m, depth 1.3m) (open 1.8 - 15.10). Washing machine. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
