This was our home in the 70's and is now our vacation home. We are only looking to share this completely remodeled unit with a few select clients so that it stays fresh for our use. You cannot get any closer to a beautiful, sandy, secluded, protected beach. We have furnished our unit for our use not as a rental. This is truly "Old Hawaii" but you can return to the excitement of Waikiki in less than an hour by a scenic drive along the beach and through the tunnels to the "city" side. Stay in "the country" for a Hawaiian vacation that you will never forget. Life is slower here. Feel the ALOHA!!!

The exercise room is very limited, but it is on the ground level and looks out onto the beach. The sauna is also located on ground floor in exercise room.

Great drive on the H#3 through otherwise inaccessible valley in the mountains and out to the Country on one side and the City on the other side.
Transit
The bus stops right in front of the unit and circles the island in both directions.
Shopping and Dining
Kaneohe mall in one direction. Several small shops and dining in the other direction.
Attractions
Polynesian Cultural Center - 15 minutes. Tennis 15 minutes at BYU- Hawaii
Golf Courses
There are 3 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. Property is near a ocean. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 0 minute walk from the property.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 250.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
There is a 5.00 percent surcharge for payments made via credit card and/or Paypal.
Master Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Visa
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is due on arrival.

Children of all ages are allowed.
Quiet Time:
The quiet time is from 9:00 PM To 9:00 AM
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).

Cleaning on Departure:
Fee of 75.00 (USD) is charged on every week (based on a minimum of 1 weeks)
Daily Maid Service:
Included in the rent. Maid service occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of 30.00 - 50.00.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
