Largest Lani on the Ocean and Air Conditioning This was our home in the 70's and is now our vacation home. We are only looking to share this completely remodeled unit with a few select clients so that it stays fresh for our use. You cannot get any closer to a beautiful, sandy, secluded, protected beach. We have furnished our unit for our use not as a rental. This is truly "Old Hawaii" but you can return to the excitement of Waikiki in less than an hour by a scenic drive along the beach and through the tunnels to the "city" side. Stay in "the country" for a Hawaiian vacation that you will never forget. Life is slower here. Feel the ALOHA!!! |

This is a third floor oceanfront unit. 180 degrees. You can watch the sunrise every morning as you walk along the beach and take a morning dip before breakfast. Makes you feel great to be up.

• Honolulu Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Great drive on the H#3 through otherwise inaccessible valley in the mountains and out to the Country on one side and the City on the other side.

The bus stops right in front of the unit and circles the island in both directions. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Kaneohe mall in one direction. Several small shops and dining in the other direction. • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 - $50. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
