This gorgeous house is located in a town called Igalo, county of Herceg Novi. It's steps to the beach, restaurants, bars, markets and the famous Mediterranean Spa and Rehab Center. Built in 2006 and decorated with the latest accessories and furniture. The apartments received 4 star accommodation. Every unit is equipped with new kitchen appliances, TV, air conditioning, cooking utensils, cutlery, linens, towels and upon request we offer a baby cot, DVD player and grill. The apartment condo offers a private terrace with fabulous panoramic sea views of Kotor Bay.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 euro.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
