Dining space with family dining table and beautiful view is one unit with the kitchen. Large lodga with another larger family dining table and chairs in traditional Montenegro stile is accessible directly from the kitchen. The lodga is equipped with built-in BBQ. Has great view toward old city center and the Bay. The open side of the lodga is shaded by grape wine with edible grapes when in season (Aug and Sept).

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is part of large family room with large balcony and great view toward the Bay.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Unit has stunning views of the Ocean (Bay of Kotor) from all rooms and from the large dining lodga. The master bedroom, living room and interior dining room face South-West.

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
