We own two villas in the same community. Both of our villas have the same characteristics (same number of rooms, bathrooms, beds etc) and have the same sea views. Basically, they are identical. They are about 1 to 2 minute by walking from each other. This is a great opportunity if you are coming with a large group, you can have your own privacy by staying at 2 different villas, but close enough to meet for lunch and dinner and enjoy the pool.
The villas are located in a small exclusive development on the hills near the village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula overlooking the intersection of the Aegean & Mediterranean Seas. These are brand-new villas just completed in August 2006. Each villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults. This villa has two bedrooms and two day beds, a separate kitchen, two full bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), mosquito nets on all windows, wood-burning fire place, new washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Stairs from the villa lead directly up to the swimming pool, overlooking the Aegean Sea.
