I rent to families, couples and responsible groups of adults, only. No occupants under 25 years of age unless part of a family group unless an exception is granted at time of booking. Pets at the discretion of the owner.

As good as it gets. You are 30 meters from the Indian Ocean. You have full, unobstructed ocean views from the patio and all principle rooms in the house. There is nothing whatsoever between the house and the water other than a walking path.
Hot outdoor shower. Patios back and front.
• Cape Town Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The coastal route is better but takes a bit longer.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. Many excellent golf courses throughout the Western Cape. Hermanus Golf Club is 15 minutes away and is open to the public most days. Arabella is 30 minutes away and one of the top courses in the country.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Small shopping centre 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive has all the necessities - groceries, wine/beer, chemist (pharmacy), video rental, pub, etc. Major shopping centres are 10 minutes off by car.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. Travel time from door to water is 30 seconds. "Beach" in front of the house is rocky. It's fine for strong swimmers and very fine for scuba diving. There are many good sand beaches within a short drive. Onrus Beach is especially good for kids and is just 3-4 minutes away.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Direct deposit available only to South African residents. In the event of a cancellation, I refund monies only to the extent that I can relet the same dates to others. At my discretion, I will allow you to rebook to other (mutually agreed) dates. The more notice of a cancellation I have the more likely I am to accomodate such requests.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
