50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union
Security deposit will be credited to credit card if credit card is used for security deposit amount.
If security deposit is paid via any other method, property owner will mail check for security deposit to renter approximately two weeks after rental period if no damage has been sustained.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 10 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00 day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
