Located on the Prestigious Highlands Reserve Community, this house is perfectly placed, near the attractions and yet situated in a quiet peaceful residential community.
It has been tastefully furnished to provide you with everything you need to have a peaceful relaxing vacation.
The Pool Deck does not back onto another one and has been extended to ensure that smaller guests can walk around the entire pool area freely. The pool area has the sun on it for most of the day. Behind the Pool area there are Pine trees and the occasional fruit tree.
The deck area has sun loungers and a table and chairs. The lanai and deck has been extended to provide a larger than usual sunbathing area. The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 6ft and the pool dimensions are 24ft x 12ft.
The house is fully air conditioned. All linen and towels are provided for guests use within the property, however we do ask that if it is your intention to visit the beaches, you use your own towels for that purpose.
The property features a King Bedroom upstairs with its en suite, a queen bedroom and two twins sharing a bathroom. Downstairs features a further Queen Bedroom with its own facilities. There is a separate utility room which features a washer and dryer.
