This kitchen is extremely large and very well equipped to please the the tastes of most gourmet cooks.

The living room has a large sliding glass door with beautiful views of the ocean. A large picture window looks onto a botanical garden setting. The kitchen has a window facing the orchards. Bedroom one looks south towards Mauna Kea and the orchards. Bedroom two views the ocean and a large side picture window looks out to a botanical garden setting and ocean. Both bathrooms have beautiful views. One may walk 360 degrees around the perimeter of the home with gorgeous views of the ocean, gardens and orchards, as well as the driveway lined with royal palms.
There is a gas BBQ for the use of both units. A hot tub is located downstairs with a Balinese garden view. An oversized deck is off this unit on the second floor and faces the ocean with a perimeter walkway. Balanese statues are located through the property including a pair of lions at the top of the entrance as well as an Earthmother across from the hot tub. This is a working exotic tropical fruit farm and renters can help themselves to the fruit in season. Waterfalls and streams are on the 11 acres for your enjoyment as well. Hiking and a jogging path also available. Fresh tropical flowers and a fresh Hawaiian fruit bowl will be in your suite to start you out. An outdoor table with 4 chairs and umbrella are on the balcony for relaxation or beakfast outside with an ocean view. Electronic gated entrance. Located directly off of the main highway. Washer and dryer available upon request as well as hot tub for an extra charge.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 nt plus taxes (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.

- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
- Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
