The Lili'uokulani Suite is furnished with artwork from Japan and Thailand. There is a large bedroom with two double beds and futon in the living room. There is a private lanai facing the ocean and a barbecue unit. There is a hot tub available as well. The unit is located on 11 private acres with an electronic gated entrance. It is also a working exotic fruit orchard with fruit you most likely have never heard of. The property boarders on a natural streams and waterfalls for a true Indiana Jones adventure! Pick your own bananas, papaya, guava, jackfruit, mangosteen, mango, citrus, etc!

    Views from all windows - The bedroom looks out to the ocean and lanai as well as the gardens. The kitchen looks out to the buddah garden and orchards. A living room window looks out to the Balinese statue gardens.

    Balanese statues are located through the property including a pair of lions at the top of the entrance as well as an Earthmother across from the hot tub. There is a gas BBQ for the use of both units. A hot tub is located downstairs with a Balinese garden view. This is a working exotic tropical fruit farm and renters can help themselves to the fruit in season. Waterfalls and streams are on the 11 acres for your enjoyment as well. Hiking and a jogging path also available. Fresh tropical flowers and a fresh Hawaiian fruit bowl will be in your suite to start you out. An outdoor table with chairs are off your lanai for relaxation or beakfast outside with an ocean view. Electronic gated entrance. Located directly off of the main highway. Washer and dryer are available upon request. Hot Tub is available with advance notice and $35 per week.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 nt plus taxes (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
