Special Conditions
$100 housekeeping fee for rentals of 3 or fewer nights. Contact us for reduced rates for smaller parties or 2 wk+ rentals. Unit is rented to adults over 25, prefer families or couples. No vacationing students. You are welcome to have guests, but no loud and boisterous parties will be tolerated.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
