Our family vacation home is situated in Sea Pines Plantation Resort on Hilton Head Island. Sea Pines is a very popular resort area on Hilton Head Island and can get pretty "touristy" at the height of the season. However, our home is just slightly away from all the hustle and bustle -- in a quieter residential area, but close enough to all the activities to make it enjoyable.
Our house is only 12 years old, we had it professionally re-decorated with all-new furniture and fresh new paint, inside and out. We take pride in the fact that our house is well maintained and clean for our guests.

    This home is within walking distance of stables. The home is in a resort community with many activities available: Bicycle paths (two bicycles available for your use), golf (3 sets of clubs available for your use), tennis, kayaking, boating and sailing.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
