NO HOUSE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED! If you violate this contractual term while staying at this property, you and your guests will be asked to leave immediately and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The kitchen area itself has great flow and is open to the large breakfast area and adjacent family room.

The beach access is conveniently located at the end of the road. Beach is fine sand and is well suited for leisure activities such as walking, biking and jogging. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
a 3% fee will be assessed for all credit card payments.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
