• Hilton Head airport is about 20 minutes away. The largest airport nearby is Savanna, Georgia which is 1 hour 20 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). You can walk or drive to anything in a very short time. Great location for everything.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Oceanfront home. This is a beautiful oceanfront home. You can order bikes for when you arrive, they will have them waiting. Bike paths are around the island and you can ride on the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
We follow the South Carolina rules on hurricane refunds. Discuss with owner.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
