This expertly decorated and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in Palmetto Dunes has beautiful views of the 11 miles waterway canal in the plantation. This downstairs flat has both an outside sun porch with rocking chairs and a screened porch with 6 person seating patio table and chairs. There is a pass thru window from the kitchen to this porch for ease of meal preparation and dining. The main area to this villa is open and encompasses the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. The living room includes a wet bar and a gas fireplace.

    Payment Details
    40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
