200 Steps to Ocean from Lakeside Condo
The unit has picture windows in both bedrooms, living room and dining room which overlook lake. The complex was built when land costs were low so the parking is plentiful and the grounds have plenty of room to walk. There are lounging areas some with gas barbecues. The fishing is good and there are some good size bass. Unit is rebuilt inside and outside and is in better than new status. Since the road ends at our complex there is little traffic and the children can ride their bikes in safety on the sidewalks. 200 steps through a million dollar neighborhood brings you to the ocean.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
