In between, walk on the beach, swim in the pool or go sailing or kayaking. After sunset, enjoy the spectacular dining and nightlife that exciting Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Or cook a simple dinner in our kitchen and enjoy it on the balcony while watching the nightly fireworks for the pirate ship. We have a large toaster oven that is also convection oven. There is an electric grill outside on our balcony for your use. Our Puerto Vallarta beach front condo rental is the perfect place for your vacation home. We are located withing the Sea River Tower which is part of the Holiday Inn - Sun Scape Vallarta complex. The balcony has ocean, mountain, and city views. We have a king-size bed in the bedroom. The 2-room bathroom has a marble shower with a bench and grab bars. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove and everything for your cooking needs. Seating in the living room is very comfortable. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper. The maid cleans 1 time per week. From our 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic. Watch dolphins playing off shore, whales in season, fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Sunscape Resort and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. Or just spend the day at the beach or beside our heated pool. We have free internet in our condo. Just a 10 minute ride from the airport.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Quiet Time Policy

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. Between 60 days and 30 days prior to arrival, only 50% is refunded.No refunds if cancellation is 30 days or less prior to arrival.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only. Please close door if smoking outside on balcony.
